1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:</strong></p>
<p>2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast</p>
<p>¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 lemons)</p>
<p>¾ cup olive oil</p>
<p>1 tablespoon lemon zest</p>
<p>4 cloves garlic, minced</p>
<p>¾ cup olive oil</p>
<p>2 teaspoons kosher salt</p>
<p>1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper</p>
<p>½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves</p>
<p>¼ teaspoon dried oregano leaves</p>
<p>1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Whisk together the lemon juice, oil, zest, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano and red pepper flakes.</li>
<li>Put chicken in a zip top bag and pour mixture over chicken. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.</li>
<li>Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Cook the chicken about 10 minutes on each side, until just cooked through.</li>
